Milk is an important part of a diet which should be mandatorily added to complete one's nutrition intake. It is a rich source of calcium, protein, and vitamin. There are various other elements that are found in milk, for instance, lactose, fat and several types of minerals.
The consistency of proteins in milk can be categorized into two types – serum (also known as whey protein) and casein. The casein protein is further divided into alpha-casein and beta-casein (found in two forms – A1 and A2), which contributes approximately 80% of milk protein.
